You'll receive a unique keypad code before your rental. Your code will only work during your scheduled rental time.

Every rental includes access to:

• Lifestyle living room setup
• Wood accent wall
• Seasonal setups (when available)
• Seamless paper backdrops - White & Black 
• Continuous lighting
• Posing furniture and props
• Private restroom
• Clothing rack
• Free parking
• Wi-Fi

Please bring your own camera and any specialty equipment you may need. Continuous lighting is available for use, but you're welcome to bring your own lighting as well.

Absolutely! We just ask that everything is returned to its original place before you leave.

Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet. Approval is required to help keep the studio clean and comfortable for all guests.

We allow a 10-minute grace period at the beginning & end of your rental. Additional time beyond that may result in an overtime fee. 

For the safety of our guests and equipment, security cameras monitor the entrance and common areas. Cameras are never located in the restroom or private changing areas.

Yes. To keep the space comfortable and safe, occupancy 10 limit at a time apply. If you're planning a larger group or event, please contact us before booking.
